If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) as your browser, please read the following instructions to download the current EPCD.  If you use another browser (other than IE), you may proceed to the bottom of the page and start your download.

NOTE : To run this program, you must have Java 1.5 or greater installed on your computer. Download Java

After clicking the Download EPCD button, at the bottom of this page, you will see the File Download pop up menu. Click the Save button.

You now have the Save As pop up menu. There are four (4) things you MUST do on this screen(see below screen shot).

1. Use the Save in drop down to select the location on your computer you want to save the EPCD file.
2. In the Save as type: drop down click the arrow and select All Files.
3. In the File name: field type in the following "public_epcd.jar" Please note the double quotation marks are REQUIRED for this to download properly(You will need to type this in Do Not Cut and Paste).
4. Then just click the save button for the updated EPCD to be downloaded to you computer.
